Yoga classes is a great thing to change up your life!
Typical classes last 90 minutes and start with “tuning in”, followed by a kriya: a set of exercises consisting of pranayama (breathing), asana (yoga postures), and mantra chanting. The classes are complemented with ŝavasana (relaxation) and a kundalini meditation.
In this gentle introduction to Kundalini Yoga, I talk you through what happiness is and how you can keep it in your life.
