You may think that you found me by accident; that you stumbled across my page while looking for something else. There are no accidents in this universe, and everything has
a deep meaning and happens for a reason.

My journey to Kundalini Yoga started in a very different place while I was searching for a cure to an illness. I never thought it would take me to where I am now, and I feel eternally grateful for what initially seemed like a dark, sinister place.

​

Now I am in a position to take you from wherever life has taken you, and lead you toward light and a feeling of indestructible happiness. It may seem like hard work at times, but believe me, it is worth it.

I am a mother of two fantastic kids and feeling spring-young and full of vitality. I have practiced this yoga for over eight years now and graduated from the Sahej Academy.
I also hold the Radiant Child Yoga diploma from Sue Ducros, who based her school of
yoga on the Montessori system of education and propagated it all across Canada and beyond. I practice in Altrincham and Hale giving classes for adults and kids in very small groups. I also teach yoga in schools and nurseries as well as organise kids’ yoga parties
and special events.

My Yoga certifications:

- 350 hours Kundalini Instructor (Kundalini Recearch Institute)
- KUTA ( the national Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association)
- RCY level 1-3 certified (Radiant Child Yoga, through Montessori philosophy).
- Radiant Child Yoga for the Special Child (for children with Down’s syndrome, CP, ADD and ADHD)

Individual and group training, meditation, dynamic breathing techniques, curative mantra chanting and general yoga exercises. I am passionate about giving the gift of Yoga to children. Yoga keeps children happy and healthy.

 

I teach across the UK and Europe. I am trilingual; Russian, Polish and partially fluent in Romanian. I work with children and adults of all ages and abilities. I also work with high school children, nurseries and leisure centres. I am currently based in Manchester, UK.
