Yoga classes are a great thing
to help change your life!
Typical classes last 90 minutes and
start with “tuning in”, followed by a kriya: a set of exercises consisting of pranayama (breathing), asana (yoga postures), and mantra chanting.
The classes are complemented with savasana (relaxation) and a kundalini meditation.
